Elizabeth Gadd is Research Policy Manager (Publications) at Loughborough University. She is the Founding Chair of the Lis-Bibliometrics forum, home of The Bibliomagician blog, the Bibliometric Competencies and a new Statistics for Responsible Bibliometrics course.  She is a co-Champion of the ARMA Metrics Special Interest Group.  She recently gained a PhD in copyright and scholarly communication and continues to research, write and blog about metrics, copyright and open access issues.
