The Full Delegate Rates include free admission to all plenary and workshop sessions, the Congress Exhibition, a Congress welcome pack, coffees, teas and lunches on each of 5, 6 and 7 June, access to the Conference App and all Congress abstracts, plenary presentation visuals and published presentations on the Congress website.
The Day Delegate Rates includes free admission to all plenary and workshop sessions on the day of your choice, the Congress Exhibition, a Congress welcome pack, and coffees, teas and lunches. Day Delegates will have access to the Conference App and all Congress abstracts, plenary presentation visuals and published presentations on the Congress website.
The Full and Day Delegate rates do not include the INORMS Congress Gala Dinner, Awards Ceremony and Highland Ceilidh, so these should be purchased separately.
Please note: registration fees are subject to VAT (20%) as appropriate.
Accommodation
Please note that accommodation is not included in the Conference registration fees.
Payment
Payment of registration fees should be made by one of the following methods:
Credit Card:
Payment by credit card is available only through the online form. We accept VISA and Mastercard.
Bank Transfer/Payment by Invoice:
If you select to pay via bank transfer your invoice will be attached to the confirmation letter you will receive upon completing your registration. Please ensure you pass this invoice to your accounts department for prompt payment, payment is due 2 weeks prior to the conference (no later than Friday 18th May).
Please note, this option is available until Friday 20th April.
Terms and Conditions of Registration
Payment deadline and conditions:
Full payment must be received before the corresponding registration deadline to benefit from early/pre onsite registration fees. Any registration fees still outstanding two weeks after the close of the early bird deadline (Friday 30 March 2018) will be automatically upgraded to the late registration fee.
Changes, substitutions and cancellations of registration:
Notification of changes or cancellation must be made in writing and sent to the INORMS Delegate Services Team at inorms2018@conferencepartners.com. Substitutions/replacements can be made at any time and are subject to a £50.00 + VAT administration fee.
Cancellation and refund policy:
All applicable refunds will be made after the conference.
Bank service charges and all administration fees will be deducted from all conference registration refunds.
In the unlikely case of cancellation of the event, the organisers shall not accept liability for any consequential loss and shall have no liability to reimburse any other costs that may have been incurred, including transport costs, accommodation etc. Delegates are encouraged to take out travel insurance when making travel and accommodation arrangements.
By attending INORMS 2018 you have consented to photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, web casts, promotional purposes, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media, or any other purpose by INORMS 2018, its sponsors/exhibitors and its affiliates and representatives. Images, photos and/or videos may be used to promote similar events in the future.
