Tania Tambiah is the Associate Director (Research Development), RMIT University, Australia. Tania’s research management, leadership and training experience, spanning over 20 years, focuses on formulating strategy; designing management frameworks; creating infrastructure, systems and networks; and building professional teams.
Professionally, Tania is deeply committed to advancing and promoting research management and its specialists. She is a Board Member of the Australasian Research Management Society (ARMS), and a Member of the National Council of University Research Administrators (NCURA) and the Society of Research Administrators (SRA) International. She is a Member of the INORMS Working Group and the SRA International Awards Committee.
