Susi Poli has held a variety of roles at the University of Bologna and gained a wealth of experience in higher education and research management since 2000.
Higher education is Susi’s field of investigation. After completing a MBA, she studied towards a professional doctorate at UCL Institute of Education. Specifically, Susi looks at professional women and leadership in HE, research management, blended identities, cross-cultural professionalism, among others. Her most recent publication is ‘Research Management Europe and Beyond’ edited by Elsevier (Nov 2017). She is now editor at When Equality and currently holds a temporary position in the third sector in the UK.
