Shubhra is the Funded Research Manager at University of Canberra. She has a background in Electronic Commerce and Management with more than 20 years of experience management of large international education and electronic commerce projects. She has been a research strategist in industry and now enjoys driving research strategy and operational excellence in the University sector. She has been successful in strengthening the service element of research administration in University of Canberra to support the university’s transition from a fledging research institution to a thriving young research university.
She is also an active community worker and is Secretary of Initiatives for Women in Need (IWiN) that focuses on multicultural women’s issues.
