Lynette Browning holds a PhD in Researcher Development from Central Queensland University and has worked in the higher education sector since 1998. Lynette managed an Early Career Researcher Program at the University of South Australia from 2002 to 2008, and since 2012 she has managed CQU’s ECR Program, playing a key role in shaping the next generation of research leaders. The success of the ECR Program was recognised by an award for the program’s ‘Excellence in Organisational Development’. With Drew Dawson and Nicole Rice, Lynette has been involved in the design and delivery of a multi-university Mid-Career Researcher Program.
