Kathleen Larmett is the Executive Director of the National Council of University Research Administrators. With over a million associations in the U.S., NCURA is recognized for its exceptional leadership in the book, Transformational Governance: How Boards Achieve Extraordinary Change.
In addition to her work with NCURA, Larmett consults with non-profit organizations and presents workshops on topics including: Board Governance; Leadership; and How to Develop a Non-Profit. She recently presented, “The History of Research Administration,” at Johns Hopkins University in March 2018.
Larmett is a co-developer of NCURA’s Executive Leadership Program and has worked with emerging leaders for over 20 years.
