Dr Sarah Tetley is the Eastern ARC Officer at University of Kent. She received her Doctorate in Management from Kent Business School in 2016, has a Masters in Conservation Biology from the University of Kent (2010) and a BSc (Hons) in Biology and Science and Technology Policy from Manchester Metropolitan University (1992). Prior to returning to full time education and assuming an academic career, Sarah held numerous middle and senior managerial positions with the National Health Service, developing expertise in leadership and management development, organisational change and service improvement.
