Dr Julie Bayley is Director of Research Impact Development at the University of Lincoln. She is an impact specialist, academic researcher and Chartered Health Psychologist, and is currently commissioned as Emerald Publishing’s Impact Literacy Advisor. Julie won the inaugural ARMA Impact award in 2015 and leads both the ARMA Impact Special Interest Group and ARMA’s national impact training. She consults widely across the research sector, and is currently collaborating internationally on impact literacy knowledge broker competencies and professional development in impact. Julie holds a PhD in Health Psychology and Impact, and regularly writes, blogs and speaks about generating meaningful real world change.
