Bella Blaher is the Program Manager for a large U.S. funded project at the University of Melbourne, Australia. Bella has assisted researchers from all the faculties at the university apply for research funding from Australia and around the world. She supports researchers for both pre- and post-award phases. She is currently the NCURA Region VIII Chair-Elect and held the position of Region VIII secretary from 2016-2017.
Bella completed her PhD in Immunology in 1994 at Monash University and a Masters of Youth Health and Education Management in 2011 at the University of Melbourne.
