Claire is Research Impact and Partnerships Assistant for the Social Sciences Partnerships, Impact and Knowledge Exchange Team (SSPIKE) at the University of Sheffield. The team helps to facilitate Knowledge Exchange, outreach and impact activities. As well as supporting REF impact case studies, Claire’s role focuses on policy engagement, working with national and local government departments on Knowledge Exchange activities. Claire manages the Crook Public Service Fellowship, where she supports year-long projects with Sheffield’s academics and policy professionals in the public and third sector on pressing policy themes.
