Alison leads major Vitae programmes including Membership, Annual Programme, Vitae Researcher Development Framework, Every Researchers Counts equality and diversity, Continuing professional development for researcher developers, international institutional strengthening consultancy, and themed projects such as open researcher, employability, entrepreneurship and leadership.
