From running workshops with ARMA delegates over the years, the question we are asked most frequently is “I only have the academics for a maximum of two hours, how do we get the effective outputs we need to make progress, in a such a short time”.
The aim of this workshop is to explore and analyse the key components of success for your meeting in the allocated time.
We will explore what’s realistic to achieve in the two hours available, and how to plan your time in the meeting to generate the results you need, and ensuring the meeting positive experience for all.
This workshop will provide the delegates with a 5 step plan to lead and facilitate a successful two hour meeting with academics on a research call.
We intend to present with a Research Manager who we currently work with.
