The session will describe the NCURA Research Program funded RAAAP project – a worldwide survey of the profession that was undertaken in 2016. The survey provided both a snapshot of the profession across a number of countries and looked at the skills needed to become a research administration leader. 2,691 responses were received. Various analyses will be presented including differences by country and type of person.
