This interactive workshop will collect and share best practices on peer-to-peer mentoring and coaching of research and innovation advisors and as part of their professional development.
The presenters are experienced advisors having different roles in mentoring and coaching of peers. The participants will reflect, collect and share their knowledge, experiences and best practice of mentoring. Internationalization and specialization of research funding acquisition and broadening of the activities of advisors towards innovations, entrepreneurial skills require tailored professional development and training in the RMA sector. The workshop will contribute to the participants knowledge base of professional development tools and methods tested in the sector.
