After a short presentation detailing the new Ghent University approach to training its research community in the basics of research evaluation, we want our participants to learn from each other by means of a reverse science café approach. How is research evaluation organised at your institution, and what are its main challenges? How is research assessment strategy embedded within your organisational structure? What support is expected from the researchers, what tools do you provide to help them? We might even throw in some polling questions.
